Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of medical and hygiene-related products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@amdiconic.com. Returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping responsibility will be confirmed during the return approval process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on opened or used medical products, hygiene-sensitive goods, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
